REQUIREMENTS

ADDRESS : Please make sure you include your full military address along with you military rank
and any contact personnel name.

PHONE NUMBER : Anna's Linens requires a phone number for the shipping address you submit.
Please submit a phone number with your on-line order. (Any orders without a phone number will delay shipping)

SIGNATURE : ALL deliveries will require a signature and will not be left at a front door without a proof
of delivery. If you are shipping to a residence, please make sure someone will be there to sign. If not,
we strongly advise that you have your order delivered to your base address where it can be signed for and released.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY TAXES :

  1. You will be responsible for any and all customs and duty taxes, If you do NOT accept these charges, your order will
    NOT be released for delivery. The 10% discount will be deducted during the processing of the order.
  2. We cannot lower the value or ship your order as a gift. No exceptions.
  3. All International orders will ship within 6-10 Business days pending on your location.(Verification of your credit payment is not included)

TRACKING : We suggest that you call for your tracking information. ALL orders will receive a USPS tracking number.
