I bought 2 of these pillows for myself and my spouse because my other pillows were giving me serious neck pain. These pillows are BIG, soft & plush. My neck pain is virtually gone and they make for a comfortable nights sleep. You can replumb them easily by hand and according to the label it's suggested you replumb them every so often by placing them in the dryer on low for 10 minutes. I've only had the pillows a few weeks and will keep you posted on their longevity.

I'm a bit hesitant about buying pillows online but the price was great so I picked up two. Not only are they big and comfy but they're firm enough that they didn't droop weeks later like some discount brands. My only mistake was not buying enough for the whole family
