I recently purchased the Alternative pillow for a trip we were taking after spending gobs more on a real down pillow for home. I was amazed at the comfort and how I slept better on it than I did the "real" down pillow. Of course I made the switch and put the down pillows in the guest room and have the alternatives in the master suite. Best purchase I have made in years!!
