The rod was bent upon arrival

On January 25, 2010:
The rod arrived in a very bent condition and had to be returned. UPS didn't ring the bell or knock, just left it by the door and left. I am currently in the process of returning the rod and trying to get reimbursed. I would not buy a curtain rod and trust that it will be delivered satisfactory.
