Not happy at all
On December 8, 2009:
I always heard down material was the softest pad to have on your bed, we just got ours today, i am very disappointed!!! first of all the pad is 3 1/2 inches to short on the side and 2 inches short on top. second the mattress pad isn't soft at all! it makes your bed about 2 inches taller, but once you lay on it you sink down. our bed feels the same with this pad on (hard). will be returning it tomorrow morning. i would not recommend this to anyone!
Not quite perfect!

Though the package was marked "Full," I first received a King-sized fiberbed, which was exchanged promptly. So far, it's quite comfortable. Thank you!
Received wrong size featherbed
On October 11, 2009:
The package was marked Full, but I obviously received a King size featherbed. It was way too wide and way too long for my bed. So I'll be returning it for an exchange. The remainder of my order was correct and seems to be of good quality.
