Shipping Options

At Anna’s Linens, we strive to provide the lowest shipping rates to our valued customers. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not increase the price of our products to cover shipping costs. You will always find our products at the lowest price possible.

All orders over $75 are eligible for FREE shipping via our Economy method.  Economy shipping generally takes 5 – 8 days and the final delivery is done by the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Most orders are eligible to be upgraded to Standard shipping which is delivered by FedEx and usually takes 3 – 5 days.  We also offer even faster shipping options with Fast Track and Expedited.  Please see the chart below to review pricing and timelines.

• The majority of our products ship from California, but we do have warehouses nationwide
• Shipping charges are based on the total value of the merchandise, after discounts and before any applicable tax or handling charges are applied.
• For delivery and processing purposes, Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are not considered business days.
• We strive to ship all orders within one business day, however, during peak times, processing times may increase.
• Since we use third parties for shipping, we cannot guarantee these delivery times
• Orders held in fraud review may delay shipping
• Oversized, overweight, and high volume orders may incur additional charges and service restrictions or ship via alternate shipping methods 
• We ship most orders via FedEx, USPS, or a combination thereof.  We do reserve the right to ship an order via alternative methods if necessary. 
• Customers will receive tracking information via e-mail once orders have shipped. Once this information has been sent, customers are responsible for tracking their order and informing customer service if there are any issues in transit or with the delivery. If items are damaged in transit or if packages have not been received, the customer is responsible for contacting us within 14 days of delivery date in order for us to open an investigation with the carrier. Please note, shipping claims filed with the carrier take an average of 10-14 days to resolve. 
• Customers should report any damaged, missing or incorrect items to customer service within 5 business days.
